Charaundi Canyon is one of the few canyons which is accessible all year round, even during the monsoon period. Its water volume is manageable. In many parts it is needed to abseil or to slide. In the final steps, a medium size pool is considered one of the highlights!
Charaundi Canyon lies in the hilly area of the country with many cliffs, thick jungle and lots of fresh springs. The climate is usually mild, except during the harsh rainy season. The most famous mountain region of Nepal with the impressive peaks is only one breath from this area. Although Nepal is a small country has so many water bodies to swim, cliffs to abseil, waterfalls to slide which it will impress you!
Not to be forgotten that the infrastructures of the country are mostly basic and the services quite poor. Extremely careful you should be in the roads. Due to the lack of hospital facilities in most of the areas, you should be very cautious regarding your health status. But, at the end of the day, you are here because you are an extremer!!!!!!
