Biloxi is now the fifth largest city in the state of Mississippi. It has many islands spread into the Gulf of Mexico and it counts many casinos and resort hotels. The city of Biloxi provides many recreational activities in numerous facilities, among them parks, playgrounds, walking tracks, tennis and basketball courts.
Imagine yourself parasailing in Biloxi, a recreational activity, where a person is towed behind a quick boat, while fastened to a parachute, known as parasail wing. As the boat bounces, it can carry up to three people to fly into the air at the same time, side by side or front to back. As you leave the Marina, you can sit back and enjoy a boat ride to the Biloxi Bay, where dolphins and other marine life can be on your viewing.
Biloxi has a subtropical climate, heavily influenced by the Gulf of Mexico. Winter days are wet and mild and summers are humid and hot, bearing the brunt of tropical storms during late summer to fall. The average temperature varies between 43-63°F (6-17 °C) in winter and 74-90°F (23-32 °C) in summer.
This parasail ride is more than a recreational activity, it is an experience and a “don’t miss” adventure, that one can experience by him/herself or with friends. A flight over the picturesque beaches of Biloxi is indescribable. Take your camera and capture every exciting moment. And if you feel like screaming, go ahead, no one will listen, but the wind!
