Almeria is a province of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, between Enix, Pechina and Nijar. With mountain sierras and a 40 km/25 mi of seacoast terrain, Almeria is a great destination for extreme sport enthusiasts.
Almeria enjoys a subtropical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and warm winters. It offers one of the sunniest, warmest and driest climate in Europe with low annually rainfall. With an average of 8.5 hours of sunshine everyday and temperatures from 26 to 30°C/78.80 to 86°F during summer and 15 to 19°C/59 to 66.20°F during winter.
Almeria population is familiar with skateboarding, so don’t be afraid to meet other skaters. Let them tour you around in the city or show you places where other skaters meet each others and skate on the homemade ramps. There is also a new build big size skate park just below the new exhibition center, but you can also visit the small skate parks at Parque de San Isidro, or at Calle Marina.
Don’t forget there are a lot of places to skate inside the city. There are squares, parks, sidewalks, deserted factories, and warehouses, and much more to discover. Or if you prefer a ride by the beach-side…
