Lift services operate efficiently and schools and instructors are available to facilitate your summer ski moments. On the Trentino side, it is feasible summer skiing in Val di Sole at Presena glacier with its 3069 m/1006 ft high.
The resort offer 8 km/5 mi of large slopes and a very well organized ski network. Adige, on the other side, offers more options to the ski fans. The Stelvio Pass, which is the highest pass in Europe with an altitude reaching 3450 m/1117 ft, offers 20 km/12.4 mi of large slopes, 12 km/7.5 mi of cross country trails and a snowboard snow park. The resort is served by 10 lift facilities and remains open till late the afternoon. A second option summer skiing in Alto Adige is Val Senales near to the Italian Austrian borders.
This snow resort is smaller than Stelvio Pass, with 8 km /5 mi of slopes and 6 cable ways. Remains open till afternoon and it is more suitable for families and not very demanding skiers.
