Offering two options as a start, Belvedere – Canazei and / or Campitello – Col Rodella, the touring skiing is crossing the entire Fassa Valley. What is more, the itinerary offers the possibility to run its trails at both directions. The clockwise is the Orange coded track and the anti-clockwise is the Green coded track. In 2012 , Pozza di Fassa ski area was the home-town of the Men’s Special Slalom Race of European Cup, organized by the International Ski Federation. Val di Fassa is the principal ski area of Alto Adige with its 340 km/211 mi long slopes. 150 organized facilities in 8 different zones of the region can be the ideal ski destination for skiing fans. The area offers many off-piste passes, a truly unforgettable experience.
The most famous tour starts at Dolomites di Brenta, ending at Croda del Becco Mountain. Another very popular tour leads to the Forcella del Cristallo Mountain. Every year the area hosts the most prestigious international ski mountaineering event, the Sellaronda Ski Marathon race. The race includes the Sella mountain group, taking place during the night.
