If you want to have a unique life experience, then visit Manly sea life sanctuary and do shark dive. Shark diving is available to all people (beginners and qualified) and runs 7 days a week. The whole dive lasts about 2 and a half hours including the personal tuition. Once in the tank, you will meet Grey Nurse Sarks, huge sea turtles and a plethora of fish. The legendary Grey Nurse Shark is large enough to get you scared, but in fact it is not dangerous because it is a fish eater.
