Stevens Pass Ski Resort is located at the boarder of King County and Chelan County, on the Cascade Mountains. The base elevation is at 4061 ft/1237 m and the summit of Cowboy mountain is 5845 ft/1784 m high with a vertical drop of 1800 ft/548 m.
The trails can be used for snowmobiling, only after the 16th of April each year. The resort offers 37 major runs that spread in over 1125 ac/4.55 km², on three sides of two different mountains. Snowmobile riders love it because of the quality of the powder snow and many days of sunshine.
The base facilities include bars and restaurants, retail shops, lesson centers, childcare, first aid operations and a ski gear rental center. Stevens Pass Ski Resort is perfect for snow enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels with a freestyle terrain and Nordic Trail system for snowmobiles.
