Avalon Point is a very popular surf break that offers reliable surf, but it tends to be flat in summer. Offshore winds blow from the east, southeast and the ideal swell direction is from the west, southwest. Surfers are able to explore the waves with swell sizes that can hold up to 3 m-3.5 m/10 ft-12 ft. In addition, the spot is suitable for surfers of all levels.
In summer, the wind blows offshore at 49%, in autumn the wind blows at 54%, in winter at 37% and in spring at 43%.
