BIO
Born March 26, 1983 I grew up in South of France and I was always very athletic: gym, dance, taekwondo, swimming, capoeira, tennis, volleyball competition for over 10 years (I even almost had the American Football but unfortunately there was no women’s team … thank goodness!). I spent all my summer holidays in Brittany with family and sailing school in Trébeurden, magical moments that have certainly given me a passion for the sea, the sea garden, the optimist until the Hobie 16 and windsurfing, I felt comfortable in the water and really blossomed.
I discovered kitesurfing in 2007 and I really started kiting in January 2008, I bought my used equipment right left very quickly and became passionate, I made my first kite trips and met my love Alex (Alex Caizergues;))), testing different disciplines thanks to him and participated in my first competition in 2009.
In 2010 more than a passion it became a way of life, I quitted my job, to devote myself entirely to kitesurfing. It makes a lot of trips, following Alex on his competitions and participated in some of them, I made my first podium in France in Speed Crossing French Championships.
In 2011, I opted for speed, much more radical discipline, a straight line 500m to cross as quickly as possible. No excuse or bad start to tangle or lack of wind, I fought above all against myself and my own flat.
In July 2012, I landed my first title, Vice World Champion speed!!
Since that kiteboarding really became my job, thanks to my sponsors I am living the dream: be a professional kiteboarder, competing, travelling, as an athlete I work hard constantly about my pictures and my body to be always better and stronger!
INTERVIEW
I want to go after my dreams, leaving a mark in the world of female kitesurfing but not limited to ravers performance but also in the mind; show that the motivation and determination are powerful engines and that everyone can provide the means to achieve his dreams.
End my life by being satisfied with the progress made and having no regrets.
Everything depends on the conditions and the desired goals. That is why today I choose my support depending on the wind conditions, for very light wind it’s foil, a little harder for freestyle or strapless and speed when it’s really strong.
Nothing better than a good session with the family or with friends, which is nice as with anything to share.
At home if there is not too crowded, or in the warm waters of the Caribbean free from all eyes :-) for freestyle.
Watching videos and visualizing tricks for freestyle and riding and riding a lot. I have also a physical preparation for the year to avoid injury.
Cold and rain no I am joking, but I don’t like cold and bad conditions too strong or too light.
Remain humble, face the elements and still listen to local.
