INTERVIEW

What are you looking for to accomplish?

Make me happy in my sport, if you miss the fun, you can forget the results.

"Ravanel Cécile"

What would be your greatest achievement?

As Cedric said I won the most beautiful Enduro race Whistler, now I wish I could win the overall EWS.

What kind of difficulties does your sport’s performance involve?

This is an endurance sport but at the same time we need to be physically fresh and explosive muscularly, a balance is not easy to put in place.

"Ravanel Cécile"

What makes you feel satisfied when performing your sport?

When I make the perfect run without errors.

Where do you practice your techniques when being alone?

All around the world with my teammates. Also with Pulse Session Sport training.

What do you do during your training which is key to your success?

The key to success as I said earlier is fun, find moments of pleasure even when the training gets tough.

What are you most nervous about when competing?

In the last run of the day when everything went well that classification is excellent but with this last little run anything can change.

"Ravanel Cécile"

Who would you say is your biggest fan and why?

The same reply like Cedric, him because we endure together the same passion all the years.

What is the best piece of advice you have been ever given?

Repetition is progression.

"Ravanel Cécile"

What are your future plans?

Riding again the Enduro World Series circus with; New Zealand, USA, Canada, France, Italia and many other countries.

What are your tips for those who begin now?

Never ride alone from MTB.
