Bolsa Chica is a lovely, sandy beach, 3 mi/4.8 km away from Warner Avenue in Sunset Beach and south to Seapoint Avenue. Bolsa Chica offers excellent opportunities for bicycling. There is a path that runs across the beach through Huntington City Beach.
It is also a popular beach for RV camping and body-boarding. The optimum swell direction is from the southwest. The offshore winds come from northeast and the beach breaks are both left and right.
