Rapid City Skatepark is the largest skatepark of the city. It is an ideal place to gather all skateboarding enthusiasts. The construction of the skatepark began in 2001 and it opened to the public in 2002. The park is about 5000 ft² / 464.52 m² of skatable surface.
Railings, stairs, a bowl area and several ramps are only some of the features that promise an experience in the world of excitement! Skaters can also use several stand-alone rail and wall elements. Helmets, knee pads and elbow are strictly recommended for everyone. The park is open daily from 7:00 am until dusk.
