Bottineau Winter Park is a modest alpine ski area that sits in the Turtle Mountains of north-central North Dakota. It is located only 10 mi (16 km) north of Bottineau.
Alpe d’ Huez is one of the best places for skiing, and known as a premier resort in France with first class snow, facilities and great design. With 85 different ski lifts which require a £2/2.50€/3.30$ deposit, this location spot is ideal for any skier. This is a great place to come for any skier, from the ones who need lessons to the more experienced ones that fancy a go on the black slopes.
The vast number of nursery slopes is located close to the resort centre; this is where you can train yourself so as to build up to the bigger slopes. Alpe d’Huez is home to the longest black run in Europe which spreads at 16 km/9 mi, you have the chance to start at the top of Pic Blanc at an altitude of 3300 m/10826 ft.
