This wonderful ski resort is one of the two most visited in North America and one of the most popular of the world. Ski Magazine ranked it in the top 10 ski resorts in the US and BBC ranked it in the top 5 ski locations of the world. On peak 9 there is easy – street skiing, on peak 10 is the tough stuff and splendid back-country – style skiing on peak 7.
In Breckenridge there is also the Imperial Express Super Chair, the highest chairlift in North America. There are 5 terrain parks in twenty five acres. Average snowfall is 300 in/762 cm and skiable acreage is 2358/9.54 km².
