This ski area is a well known winter destination and an admired spot among lovers of skiing. The resort sits at an elevation of 760 m / 2493 ft offering exactly what is needed for an extraordinary skiing activity.
The resort hosts all levels of skiing ability and provides separated areas for each level. The upper Hakuba mountain and Hakuba 47 will serve the needs of expert skiers, while the lower area of Goryu will cater the beginner ones, offering wide open runs and a good consistent slope.
Those who want to add more challenge in their activity, should visit the Hakuba 47 Snow Park. There you will find a variety of boxes, rails, banks, jumps, waves and berms. Also, the park is easily connected with the resort by several lifts. These lifts are 2 of 8 seating gondolas and 17 of lifts with double and quad seats. The park is mostly addressed to experts of skiing. Services like ski school, rental shops, cafes, and restaurants are available on spot.
