Indonesia or the Republic of Indonesia is an archipelago comprising about 17508 tropical islands. It nestles between the continents of Asia and Oceania and is washed by the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Bali is one of the most famous islands of Indonesia.

This island of unrivaled natural beauty boasts amazing sandy beaches, combined with breathtaking sceneries. With a great collection of surf sites, Bali is without a doubt a favorite destination among surfers of all experience levels. Pererenan beach is a wide stretch of black sand with stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

This spot is very popular for surfing, as it provides fast, powerful and barrel waves. It is an exposed beach and reef-break that works best during the dry season, May to October, offering big waves. The swell size starts working at 1 m/3 ft and holds up to 2.5 m/8 ft. The optimum wind direction is from the northeast and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest.

Pererenan accommodates both the novice and advanced surfer. In addition, the best tide position is mid and high tide and the ideal tide movement is rising tide. At summer the wind blows onshore 68%, at autumn it blows 53%, at winter 84% and at spring 78%. Note that the surf break provides both right and left hand waves. Finally, be careful of undertow, rips and rocks.

Pererenan is a great place to create memories that will last a lifetime, so don’t wait any longer and visit Bali as soon as possible!!!
