The European Freestyle Pro Tour (EFPT) DAM-X event is organised again and taking place at one of the best freestyle windsurfing locations in the world. After several tour stops across Europe, riders and fans can finally enjoy the Final of the EFTP from the 12th-16th October, 2016 at the Brouwersdam.
The very best Pro Windsurfers of Europe will be present in DAM-X event, giving it their best to be crowned European Champions. This is a historic moment, as it’s just the 2nd time that the EFPT hosts a Women’s event too. Heat will be on from early on and spectators should expect to experience extreme phenomena of spectacular stunts and skills from the competitors.
But DAM-X is not just about the EFPT. Side events are planned for the duration of the event offering cool sightings, fun races, cool clinics, board sports markets, BBQ’s, music & drinks and of course a much anticipated party on Saturday night.
For 5 days, Europe’s best windsurfers will be battling for the European title and you have the amazing opportunity to witness them whilst having the time of your lives!
Another much anticipated event is the DAM-X Friday Night Event which will be held again this year after popular demand. This year’s theme is sustainability and it’s free to visit. On Friday night, you can take part in the Light Tour by Night and support this year’s chosen charity.
Ticket costs €7,50 of which €5,00 will be donated to the Plastic Soup Foundation. Explore the beautiful lake by water on an SUP or choose land and explore it on your mountain bike or a Segway! Either way you will not regret it!
