Open to all level of kiters, the stages of the event include: On the 26th of July, check in at the Lux Bel Ombre Hotel in Tamassa for a detailed briefing about the different kiting routes and procedures followed by dinner and party at the hotel’s night club. From the 27th of July and on, spots include Bel Ombre beach to Le Morne, Pte d’ Ency to Mahebourg, Palmar to Poste La Fayette and Roches Noires to Cap Malheureux.
During the last weekend, the Kiteival friendly racing competition will be held in the amazing Anse la Raie spot. Here, the pros will only ride to demonstrate their skills and help the participants measure their skills against their fellow riders. Local riders will be there guiding riders to the right spots and a boat will be following participants when in the water for safety reasons.
