Wenatchee is the largest city of Chelan County, located in North Central Washington and lies on the west side of the Columbia River. The city is also known as the Apple Capital of the world, due to the valley's many apple cultivations.
Ragan Trail is located within the Table Mountain Management Area, at about one and a half hour away from Wenatchee. It is 2.35 mi/3.78 km long, approximately one hour driving time and it is not suitable for beginners. It can be combined with the Nealy Creek Trail for a nice loop drive.
The road twists through clear cuts, wide meadows and stands of forest. There are not many off camber sections, or hill climbs, but on the eastern side there are some tight turns that make driving harder. Ragan Trail is a great destination for 4WD lovers and it is open for motorized use, from mid June to mid October.
