Mad Lake Trail is located on the Cascade Mountain, after Wenatchee Lake. It is 20 mi/32 km long, out and back and has minimum elevation gain. The best time to bike this trail is from mid July to late October. This ride is not suitable for beginners because it is long, technically challenging and with loose, fine dirt terrain. For an advanced biker, this is a perfect trail.

The single-tracks include steep, sharp switchbacks and a very technical section through a rock slide. Mad Lake Trail is a must for serious mountain bike lovers.
