The north part of the Garda Lake, in Trentino, has become one of the most visited places in the world for rock climbing. Trento’s side of Garda offers more than 2000 routes of climbing options.
The town of Arco, situated at the northern part of Garda Lake, is well known for its excellent rock climbing facilities.
In Arco, the ”Rock Master’, one of the most important climbing competition, is held every year in this town. The routes and places to climb, with different levels of difficulty, are so many that it is impossible to list them all.
Garda area offers a wide range of equipped climbing crags and sheltered climbs in some areas such as Nago, Torbole, Limone and Drena. There is a vast choice of routes you can rely on while its mild climate allows you to climb all year long.
