xXx Return of Xander Cage : pre-view
There’s really not much to say to introduce such a movie and a cast to the extreme sports lovers. The one and only Vin Diesel returns on the big screen as ‘xXx’ surrounded by an extremely extraordinary cast of actors and is promising to captivate us for about one hour and fourty-seven minutes of extreme action and sheer awesomeness. xXx Return of Xander Cage is the much anticipated extreme movie of 2017 and it has just been released on the big screen!

I am yet to watch it, but I could not retain myself from sharing a few details for the film in advance. When the extreme athlete – turned government operative – Xander Cage is retrieved out of self-imposed exile, after thought to be long dead, he is then set on a mission to recover a menacing and baleful weapon, named Pandora’s Box. Xander Cage would never operate without a team of thrill-seeking squad. As the storyline progresses, xXx finds himself entangled in a sinister conspiracy that has ‘government schemes’ written all over it. Next to Vin Diesel, also star : Donnie Yen (as the deadly warrior/villain Xiang), Deepika Padukone, Kris Wu, Ruby Rose, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev, Toni Collette and Samuel L. Jackson.

Ice Cube returns as well on xXx Return of Xander Cage.
When Vin Diesel announced back in 2006 that he would return ‘from death’ (he supposingly died in the previous xXx movie), he also promised his fans that not only the style and music of the new film called ‘xXx Return of Xander Cage’ would be closer to the original film, but the extreme stunts would return on the big screen as well. This is admitedly unavoidable since Rob Cohen returned as director too. With Cohen in direction and Vin Diesel producing, financed by Paramount Pictures, we can only expect a brilliantly shot film with top of the notch extreme sports scenes and skills and stunts like never seen in a Holywood movie before.
The film was released just yesterday, January 20, 2017 and, in spite of the average reviews and some more disappointed ones online, I can’t wait to see it and watch the extreme sports guy – drafted to be a spy – back on the big screen. Stay tuned for more on xXx Return of Xander Cage.
